Exterior:  Exceptionally clean with No blisters.  Dark navy blue stripes painted in 1998 by Padden Creek Marine (PPG paint).  Bottom painted yearly.  Waxed/polished 5 times per year.  Aft deck and bridge covered with "Aquamat" cream colored burbur carpet (1998 - cost $1800).  All new (1999) Sunbrella canvas (captain navy blue).

Interior: All asian teak throughout.   New carpets (1993), fixtures, full size fridge (1999), microwave, CD/AM/FM stereo and speakers (1998)...spotless.  Forward and aft heads with shower (forward) and new fixtures in 1995.   6.5KW Genset (fully serviced).  1750 Watt Inverter with automatic charger and separate battery bank.  Wet bar, ice-maker.

Tender:  10' Livingston tender (new in 1997) with 8hp Mercury outboard motor and davits.

Cruising speed:
15knots at 3000 rpms.  19 knots at 3150 rpms.
Fuel consumption: 15 gallons/hour (both engines) at 3000 rpms.

Boat Description:   
"Priorities" is an immaculate turnkey Uniflite double cabin with extensive upgrades and shows like new.  Possibly the finest 36DC in the northwest and stands as a testament to the quality craftsmanship Uniflites are famous for.  Interior is  Asian teak throughout.  Pre-blister 1974 model year.

The boat was completely updated in 1993 with new carpets, new fixtures, new electronics, new fridge, new engines, new transmissions, new fuel tanks (260 gallons), dripless shaft seals and more at a cost exceeding $50,000 (have all bills to prove).
