Have you pulled the headliner or is it not possible to remove? The headliner in the v-bearth of my 31 has been cut in sections w/ a sawzall or something. I'm planning to remove and beef up the bow deck as it is a bit spongy. What part of your project doesn't look feasable? I assume the flybridge deck is common w/ the main cabin roof. Is it it spongy or just has a curve to it? Is there any posts in your cabin? I have seen some layouts that have a post in them.
