Vacuflush Installation 32' SS

Anyone out there ever install a Vacuflush into a 1979 or later 32' Sport Sedan? The original head emptied out the back and was mounted on a fiberglass step about 8" tall. I cannot get any access view to what if anything is under that step.
Vacuflush systems that flush out the bottom are better than the side/back flush models. I think I can get the hose through the bulkhead aft of the head into that area bellow the step, attach it to the elbow of the mounting flange and then screw the mounting flange to the fiberglass step. This seems like it will also give a straighter route to the holding tank situated under the salon hatches.
Before I cut a hole in that step, I thought I'd ask you guys???
