cruising speed

79 32ft SS..can anyone tell me what their speed is at various RPM I have twin fresh 270 Crusaders the boat is clean and well maintained but no GPS or speedo. I have done calculations useing distance and time which should be accurate but I am looking for other opinions there are to many variables (tide,wind and not maintaing constant RPMs)
