36' Tri-Cabin??? Is there such an animal?

Recently I ran across an ad for a 36' Uniflite "TRI-CABIN." I do not find a Tri-Cabin listed on this website, and have only found one other when launching a nation wide search.

Question: Is the Tri-cabin known by another name, perhaps the Double Cabin?

Please advise.
