We ran into the same issue when we were looking for our boat. I had a discussion with a broker who informed me that when a boat has two sleeping spaces and a salon area, it is sometimes referred to as a tri-cabin. Terminology in the boating industry is very interesting

: Recently I ran across an ad for a 36' Uniflite "TRI-CABIN." I do not find a Tri-Cabin listed on this website, and have only found one other when launching a nation wide search.
:
: Question: Is the Tri-cabin known by another name, perhaps the Double Cabin?
:
: Please advise.

: Thanks
