I have an 81 32' SS with twin 350 Cu In 270 HP and 18x19 props. Just took her across Puget Sound last weekend in very flat conditions and the GPS said that we were nearly exactly:
10 Knots @ 2500 PPM
14 Knots @ 3000 RPM
18 Knots @ 3500 RPM
22.8 Knots @ 4000 RPM (Yes She was singing at this speed and the Exxon execs were buying vacation homes when they heard the news)

Small tidal exchange at the time which we were headlong into at the time. I have a tall full enclosure which probably slows her down a little even though there was little wind at the time. She handles like a dream and I am feeling pretty smug that I made a great choice in buying her this past summer.
