My father has a 28' Uniflite Sedan with the same motors as you.
He claims as long as you stay under 3000 rpms each engine burns six gallons an hour totalling to twelve gallons an hour with both running. I think it's important to run both engines when moving at a fairly good speed.
Once you go over 3000rpms the gph increases, but speed goes up significantly. I've heard with these motors you can max cruise at 3800-4000 rpm with WOT at 4400. But, i'm unsure of the speed verses gallons per hour curve when you go over 3000rpms. I'm thining of getting a Floscan and using a GPS in order to create the curve.
Let me know if you find any other information out.
Thanks
Chris
