Cabin smells of Amonia and Urine, any suggestions?

Im looking at a Uni 36' foot that has been used as a liveaboard for alittle over a year. Cabin intensely smells like Amonia/Urine and cig' smoke. Needs major cleaning.

Question: Will I be able to get rid of that smell!!? What products/methods would you suggest?
