prop size for 42 DC Uniflite

I have 250 hp 8.2 Detroits and I would like to know the correct prop size the boat should have on it. Currently at 2650 to 2725 RPM it will do 13.5 knots to 15.0 knots, the problem is when I checked the props the last time the boat was out of the water I found that it had one of each on at the time. I have two props 26/23 and two 26/24. Which ones should I be going to? Thanks for any input.
