This vessel has had the good fortune of being continuously upgraded by this three time Uniflite owner, professional designer/contractor. No expense was spared throughout its complete refurbishing process. Complete new powerplant includes: all new MercCruiser Horizon 7.4L HO 380HP EFI engines, transmissions, new shafts, gauges and 21x22 four (4) blade props were installed to maximize speed and efficiency. New spare props were also purchased. Two 100 gallon fuel tanks, lines and fills are new. Brand new Kohler 7.3E generator with remote switch: 155 hrs.

Totally new interior completed in 2005; includes new headliner, cushions, new custom drapes, carpeting and new wallpaper tastefully decorated throughout the entire interior. Both heads upgraded with solid surface shower walls, new accessories and mirrors. All windows are new tempered glass with dark charcoal tint, new stainless steel tracks and trim. Live aboard mattress in aft cabin. Complete upgraded galley with Norcold 12 volt/110 amps refrigerator/freezer, four (4) burner range with oven, and seperate Microwave. Separate wet bar with Ice maker. Grohe faucets throughout. Two Cruise Air AC systems. Three (3) cabin heaters. 75 gal Water tank. AD house battery. Replaced rub rail in 2005. Custom arch with TV Antenna, Radar and Sirius Satellite Radio. Also completed in 2005, Bottom stripped and has only one coat of paint. Brand new Navy blue sunbrella full Bimini with enclosure and aft railing canvas with tinted curtains.

Other information:

This pre blister 1972 hull is very clean and polished; this vessel shows much newer than she is. Its excellent new electronic package and power plant makes it an extremely dependable, safe and seaworthy vessel for all types of cruising. The turnkey vessel must be viewed to be appreciated.
